News - Influenza

Seasonal influenza is responsible for thousands of deaths annually, across the country.  The City of Westworth Village will work with county health officials to keep the community up-to-date on prevention initiatives and outbreak information.

The Tarrant County Public Health Department has developed a Respiratory Virus Surveillance Program which emphasizes year-round detection of influenza and other significant sources of respiratory disease.  Click HERE for the Tarrant County Health Newsletter.
